cooking week #10 musli cookies

Hey , everybody!
Today, I made some cookies, I do not really know whether to consider sweet or savoury. They taste kind of like a littel sweet yet rough compressed musli. However, I like this very nourishing cookies as heavy snacks or something to eat with fruits.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients: magarine
                    sugar
                    flour
                    baking powder
                    cinamon powder
                    salt
                    soy milk
                    musli

Required devices: a mixing bowl
                              spoon
                              mixer

How to do: Take a big mixing ball and put in 170 gramms of sugar, 180 gramms of flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder, a teaspoon of cinamon powder and a pinch of salt. After having mixed this dry ingredients, add 160 gramms of magarine, cutted into rough pieces, 125 mililiters of soy milk and 250 gramms of muesli. Mix everything at first with a spoon and then with a mixer, till a smooth mixture has emerged. Prepare a griddle with a baking sheet. Form small dough balls and flatten them to about 2 centimeters in height. In doing so, form about 20 cookies. Put them in the oven at at heat 180°C (360° Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes. Let them dry for 5 minutes and enjoy.
