cooking week #4 choclate ice

Hey, everybody!
Today, I have a really easy but exetremely tasty recepie. It is, as far as I can guess, not so very unhealthy as well. Let's make ice cream!

Preparation time: 5 minutes
(+ Icing time: 3 hours)

Ingredients: banana
                    baking cacao powder
                    agave syrup

Required devices: a mixing bowl
                             mixer or food processor
                             knife
                             freezer bag

How to do:
Cut 3 bananas in short pieces (about 2 centimeters thick) and put them in a freezer bag in the freezer for about 3 hours.
After the time is over, put them in a bowl or food processor. Add 2 tablespoons of cacao powder and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup. Mix everything till it is a smooth mix. For a harder ice cream, put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!

The ice does not taste that much

like bana as I would have expected it. It just tastes like a a little fruity choclate ice cream and not too greasy and sweet. besides, it is not too hard to make and does not require any exotic incredients. Love it!
See you tomorrow!
